Tommasi Amarone

A powerful Amarone from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes air-dried for about four months, then aged in large Slavonian oak casks. Expect dried cherry, fig and plum with spice and chocolate notes, full body and smooth tannins. Great with slow-cooked beef or hard cheeses.
