An Amarone della Valpolicella, made from Corvina-led grapes air-dried before fermentation. Expect concentrated dried cherry, plum and raisin flavours with chocolate and spice, a full, warming body and smooth tannins. Serve with slow-cooked beef, game or hard cheeses.
