Specially Selected Chianti Governo

Sangiovese · Italy · Smooth, cherry-fruited Italian red · Red

Chianti made the old 'governo' way: a dose of dried grapes restarts fermentation, giving a softer, rounder wine. Red cherry and a little spice on a smooth, supple palate with a gentle finish. Made for tomato-based pasta or roast pork belly.
