A Barolo from Piedmont made from Nebbiolo: pale in colour but powerful, with sour cherry, rose petal, dried herbs and hints of tar and spice. Firm tannins and bright acidity, so it shines with food such as braised beef, mushroom risotto or aged cheeses.
