A crisp, dry high-altitude Assyrtiko from Florina in northern Greece, made by Filos. Lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple and white peach, a stony mineral streak and a mouth-watering finish with good weight. Great with seafood, grilled vegetables or goat's cheese.
