Segura Viudas' premium Cava, mainly Macabeo, aged on its lees well beyond the minimum. Green apple, citrus and white fruit with floral touches and a toasty bread-crust note, creamy fine bubbles and a dry, elegant finish. Excellent with shellfish, seafood starters or light cheeses.
