A North Macedonian red from Tikveš made from Kratošija, a close relative of Zinfandel/Primitivo. Unoaked and dry, with ripe black and red cherry, plum and a hint of sweet tobacco, medium body and very soft tannins. Lovely with cold meats or moussaka.
