A pale salmon Languedoc rosé from old hillside vines, mostly Cinsault and Grenache. Wild strawberry, citrus and floral notes, a rounded, almost creamy texture and refreshing acidity, finishing dry. Good with grilled prawns, salads or charcuterie.
