A Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Cellier des Princes, about 90% old-vine Grenache with Syrah and Mourvèdre. Ripe, jammy red and black fruit with herbal notes of thyme, lavender and spice, silky tannins and a warm 14.5% finish. Superb with roast lamb, game or stews.
